Summary

Andaz Maui at Wailea is the first resort for the Andaz brand. Situated on Maui’s premier southwestern coastline, the 15-acre beachfront resort is located along Mokapu Beach in Wailea, one of the most sought-after leisure and resort destinations in the world. The luxury resort community of Wailea includes a 1.2 mile-long oceanfront beach path connecting five crescent-shaped, golden-sand beaches, a premier shopping center, and distinguished restaurants.

The house attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest floor corridors, removing and restocking linen in floor storage areas, and assisting with storage areas. They also assist room attendants with moving heavy objects in guest rooms. The role requires ensuring guest corridors and stairwells are neat, vacuumed, sanitized, and dusted, leaving furniture, floors, doors, and elevators clean. The house attendant is also responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of our 15-acre oceanfront resort, working both indoors and outdoors around pools, meeting rooms, lobbies, lounges, and all public restrooms.

$2000 Sign-On Bonus Details: New hires receive $1000 after successfully completing 90 days of employment and the remaining $1000 after 180 days.

Probationary Rate (first 90 days): $20.71/hr
Standard Hourly Rate: $24.36/hr

This role is eligible for benefits after meeting initial eligibility requirements:
