Full‑time position. Responsibilities and expectations for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of guest‑facing and back‑of‑house spaces.

A Day In The Life

The House Attendant plays a key role in the housekeeping team, ensuring public areas meet the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all public areas, including lobbies, elevators, corridors, restrooms, fitness center, meeting spaces, and other common areas.
• Remove trash and soiled linens from guest rooms and housekeeping carts.
• Deliver clean linen, towels, and amenities to guest rooms and housekeeping stations.
• Assist room attendants with tasks such as bed making, heavy lifting, or fulfilling special guest requests.
• Restock housekeeping closets and storage areas with supplies and linen.
• Keep all public and service areas neat, safe, and well‑organized.
• Adhere to project cleaning schedules for deep cleaning and special assignments in public areas.
• Promptly report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner.
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols, including proper chemical usage.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications
