Overview: The House Attendant maintains cleanliness of assigned areas and equipment, and delivers items to guestrooms such as newspapers and express checkout materials.

Responsibilities:

• Buff marble floors daily per hotel standards.
• Shampoo carpets and furniture in public areas as needed.
• Assist with luggage in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Clean guestrooms as required.
• Follow all emergency procedures.
• Maintain hotel equipment and storage properly.
• Complete assigned projects from the Housekeeping Manager.
• Ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in a friendly, courteous manner.
