Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Dallas, proudly managed by HRI Hospitality, is seeking a dependable House Attendant to support housekeeping. You will maintain cleanliness of hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, restock linen closets, and deliver supplies to room attendants.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, can lift up to 75 lbs, work well in a team, and follow safety procedures. Hotel or hospitality experience is a plus; a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred.
• Hotel or hospitality experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, elevators, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Remove trash and soiled linens from guest floors; restock linen closets as needed.
• Deliver clean linens, supplies, and amenities to room attendants.
• Clean and maintain public restrooms and lobby areas.
• Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and guest items when necessary.
• Operate housekeeping carts and equipment safely.
• Respond to guest and team requests promptly and courteously.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
