Acura of Fayetteville is seeking an Hourly Technician to diagnose and repair vehicle components in a fast-paced dealership shop. You will ensure customer vehicles are repaired accurately, test-drive to verify quality, and keep the work area clean and organized.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and familiarity with shop tools. Prior automotive experience is preferred, with a focus on safety, precision, and clear communication with customers and teammates.
The Hourly Technician diagnoses and performs repairs on all vehicle components with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealer and manufacturer/factory standards.

Will primarily work in an automotive shop environment. Workspace is covered but may involve various weather conditions such as heat and cold as well as safety hazards due to the nature of work. May experience loud noise on a regular basis.
Medium/Heavy Work---Will lift over 50 pounds with assistance device required and/or frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to or over 35 pounds with assistance device available as needed.
This position will require the employee to be standing for prolonged periods of time

Shop Business Hours with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
High school diploma or equivalent. Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment. One to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous Automotive Technician experience or recent completion of automotive tech trade school preferred
Valid Driver's License
The essential functions of this position require a person to work with hazardous or flammable materials; AND/OR to complete tasks in which a lapse of attention could result in injury, including without limitation the operating, repairing, maintaining, or monitoring of heavy equipment, machinery, or motor vehicles.
