Our Hourly Team Member role can encompass a range of responsibilities depending on your interest:

1. Food Runner duties: Deliver orders to guests, refill drinks, respond to guest requests, and adhere to sanitation and safety policies. Other duties as requested by management.
2. Busser duties: Prepare dining area, maintain cleanliness, and assist guests, following sanitation policies. Other duties as requested.
3. Dishwasher duties: Wash dishes, pots, pans, and flatware; restock and clean work areas; take out trash; follow sanitation policies. Other duties as requested.
4. Prep Cook duties: Prepare food according to recipes and standards, sanitize station, and follow safety policies. Other duties as requested.
5. Line Cook duties: Maintain prep areas, manage sanitation, read orders, ensure quality, and clean stations. Other duties as requested.

This position is at a franchised McAlister’s Deli location.
