Our Hourly Team Member role can encompass a range of responsibilities depending on your interest:

1. Food Runner duties: Delivers orders to guests, refills drinks, responds to guest requests, and adheres to sanitation and safety policies. Other duties as requested by management.
2. Busser duties: Prepares dining room, maintains tables and chairs, cleans spills, and follows sanitation policies. Other duties as requested by management.
3. Dishwasher duties: Washes dishes, pots, pans, and flatware; prepares dish area for next shift; unloads deliveries; cleans floors; takes out trash; follows sanitation policies. Other duties as requested by management.
4. Prep Cook duties: Prepares food based on prep lists and directions, maintains station, cleans and sanitizes, and follows safety policies. Other duties as requested by management.
5. Line Cook duties: Maintains prep areas, manages sanitation, reads orders, prepares food quickly and accurately, and follows safety policies. Other duties as requested by management.

This position is at a franchised McAlister’s Deli location.
