Overview

As a Manager in Training, you will be trained to effectively lead all aspects of store operations. You will ensure a clean, safe, and friendly environment for customers and team members, setting an example through effective leadership. This role starts as an hourly position with pay between $21.00 and $24.00 per hour, progressing to a salaried position upon successful training and store assignment. Responsibilities
  1. Greet customers warmly and thank them for their business.
  2. Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate store personnel; manage promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
  3. Monitor financial transactions and manage inventory levels.
  4. Manage foodservice and beverage programs to maximize sales and profits.
  5. Ensure sanitation, safety, and compliance with all laws and company policies.
  6. Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
  7. Participate in meetings and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or food service
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds frequently, and occasionally lift up to 65 pounds. Work conditions may include heat, cold, allergens, noise, and fumes.
