Job summary

Burger King in Frenchtown Charter Township, MI, seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead on duty, coach team, and drive restaurant performance, sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

You'll work with the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) to lead by example, ensure fast service, maintain cleanliness and brand standards, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous leadership or management experience in quick-service preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work flexible and occasionally extended shifts in a fast-paced environment.

• Follow all cash-handling and security procedures
• Assist with inventory management through daily and weekly counts
• Receive and organize product deliveries
