The Kades Corporation in Spring, TX is seeking experienced shift managers to advance into broader leadership roles across our McDonald’s restaurants. This position offers growth potential, competitive wages, and a pathway to higher responsibility.

You will lead a team, ensure food safety procedures, manage inventory and scheduling, and deliver exceptional customer service. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required to succeed.

We are The Kades Corporation, one of the largest McDonald’s Franchises in the Unites States! We own and operate 38 McDonald’s restaurants throughout the Beaumont and Houston areas.

We are looking for experienced, and driven leaders at the shift manager level who want to grow their career into more. McDonald’s experience is not required but is a definite.
