Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager in Ashland, Wisconsin to lead daily restaurant operations and guest experiences. You will oversee crew schedules, mentor teammates, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and uphold McDonald’s standards while driving profitability.

You will train and empower staff, foster teamwork, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. This role offers opportunities for advancement within the restaurant system.
