Papa Johns in Leesburg, VA is seeking motivated Shift Leader Team Members to help deliver quality pizzas and friendly service. You may perform pizza making, taking orders, and cashier duties while keeping fast-paced operations smooth.

We value outgoing personalities, energy, reliability, and a team-oriented spirit. Minimum age 18+, training programs, flexible hours, and growth opportunities including advancement toward franchise ownership are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Shift Leader Team Members:

Papa Johns Team Members are responsible for ensuring that quality products and services are delivered to our customers meeting Papa Johns standards. This may include pizza making, order taking, and cashier responsibilities.

Papa Johns Team Members must have outgoing personalities, be energetic, efficient, and most importantly willing to work in a fun fast-paced environment.
