Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead the team during your shift, ensuring guests receive fast, friendly service in a clean setting. You’ll coach crew, keep operations on track, and partner with the RGM to ensure a smooth shift.

You’ll bring a people-first attitude, strong communication, and the ability to motivate others while solving problems on busy shifts. This role offers growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable motivating others and solving problems on busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Coach and motivate the crew, provide feedback, and support development.
• Lead shift operations, uphold BK standards, direct workflow, and assist as needed.
• Support profitability by following cash controls, inventory, and truck orders.
