Job summary

Burger King in Florida is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead the shift, guide the team, and ensure guests receive fast, friendly service in a clean environment.

You will support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager while managing Team Members on assigned shifts. Weekly pay, meal discounts, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• A people-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts.
