Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead a restaurant shift, motivate the team, and ensure fast, friendly service. You will coach staff, uphold brand standards, and manage shift operations to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED and experience in fast-paced environments. Expect weekly pay, meal discounts, and opportunities for growth, with benefits varying by location.

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.

• Direct workflow and step in wherever needed to support the team.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, managing inventory, and receiving truck orders.
