PDQ, People Dedicated to Quality, is hiring an hourly Restaurant Manager in Port Saint Lucie, FL. You will assist the Operating Director with direction, training, and staffing to exceed guests' expectations while ensuring fair treatment of Team Members and achieving daily goals.

Successful candidates bring 2+ years as shift or assistant restaurant managers in quick-service environments like Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, or Panera Bread, with strong guest service and leadership skills.

Competenze

• Excellent people and guest service skills.
• Fully proficient in all aspects of the kitchen.
• Manages Front and Heart of the House operations.
• Reads, interprets and applies P&L statements.
