Job summary

Genesis Products in Goshen, Indiana is seeking dedicated manufacturing team members to join our fast-paced operations. You will use hand and power tools to cut, drill, grind, and fasten materials, inspect parts for defects, and assemble finished products to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in manufacturing or production.
• Good attendance record and reliability are required.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience using hand and power tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools to cut, drill, grind, and fasten materials.
• Inspect parts and products for defects and make adjustments as needed.
• Assemble and test finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Meet production quotas and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
