Job summary

Genesis is seeking motivated manufacturing associates for our Goshen, IN facility. This hourly role emphasizes quality, safety, and teamwork as you build and inspect parts, using hand and power tools to meet production quotas.

• Use hand and power tools to cut, drill, grind, and fasten materials.
• Inspect parts and products for defects and make adjustments as needed.
• Assemble and test finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Meet production quotas and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
