Job Responsibilities

Perform required tasks and duties for the designated position, as determined by team composition and crewing needs. Maintain timely progress through assigned operational training. Flexibly perform a variety of roles in a team-based environment. Ensure all jobs are performed safely, efficiently, and accurately to maintain and improve plant performance in Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR), and our Customer 1st strategy. Provide leadership that embodies our 7 Kroger Manufacturing High Performance Work System principles. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years old
  • Basic mechanical reasoning, reading, and math skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
  • Positive demeanor, effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with reliable attendance
