Job summary

JRI Hospitality is seeking an Hourly Manager for a Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers location in Texas. You will lead the team, coach staff, and help deliver made-to-order menu items with hospitality and speed.

In this role you will manage daily operations, mentor team members, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. This position offers room for advancement within a growing company.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality experience.
• A hospitality focus and strong communications skills.
• Ability to help build a team, then mentor team members for success.
• Able to learn new skills, self-starting personality, maintain professional appearance and manners.
• Available to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekends.
• Experience in operations, management, inventory, scheduling & guest relations is preferred, but not required.
• Must have prior restaurant experience. Strong communications skills.

In this role, you help lead the team delivering made-to-order menu items for guests with a unique mix of fun, food, and hospitality.Key to the success of the restaurant, Hourly Managers assist management with daily operations, including leadership, motivating team members, meeting expectations, controlling labor and food costs, and building relationships with guests. Hourly Managers often lead the restaurant during their shift, ensuring smooth operations with an emphasis on speed of service, hospitality and safety & cleanliness.
