Job description

Pet Friendly is a family owned and operated company with a family feel working environment. We offer doggie daycare, grooming, dog training, a large variety of freshwater fish and plants, saltwater fish, reptiles and small animals. We also carry a wide selection of supplies to take care of anything from dogs, cats, and fish to farm animals.

About our teams:

In order to run our operation efficiently we rely on our hourly manager to help lead the team in the following areas:

Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: As a leader in the store, you will help to train new associates on all things! You will engage with and motivate them to continue to grow their skills and knowledge throughout their career.
  2. Customer Engagement: You will work with your teams to build strong relationships with our guests and pets and ensure their safety and well-being within the store. This also includes taking care of our live pets and ensuring our store is stocked with merchandise.
  3. Overall Retail Initiatives: You will execute on all strategic merchandising initiatives, drive sales, and set standards of success within our retail store.
