Job summary

JRI Hospitality in Terrell, TX is hiring an Hourly Manager to join our management team. You will lead daily operations, coach team members, and uphold high standards of hospitality, speed of service, and cleanliness.

Key duties include labor and food cost control, recruiting and retaining staff, and building positive guest relationships. You’ll work in a casual, team-centered environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.

In this role, you help lead the team delivering made-to-order menu items for guests with a unique mix of fun, food, and hospitality.Key to the success of the restaurant, Hourly Managers assist management with daily operations, including leadership, motivating team members, meeting expectations, controlling labor and food costs, and building relationships with guests. Hourly Managers often lead the restaurant during their shift, ensuring smooth operations with an emphasis on speed of service, hospitality and safety & cleanliness.
