Job summary

JRI Hospitality is seeking an Hourly Manager to join our restaurant management team. You will coach and develop team members, lead the shift, and help deliver made-to-order menu items with a focus on hospitality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, labor and food costs, and building strong guest relationships while maintaining safety and cleanliness. We offer growth opportunities within a casual, team-friendly environment.

In this role, you help lead the team delivering made-to-order menu items for guests with a unique mix of fun, food, and hospitality.Key to the success of the restaurant, Hourly Managers assist management with daily operations, including leadership, motivating team members, meeting expectations, controlling labor and food costs, and building relationships with guests. Hourly Managers often lead the restaurant during their shift, ensuring smooth operations with an emphasis on speed of service, hospitality and safety & cleanliness.
