JRI Hospitality Management, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Manager for one of its Freddy’s locations in the United States.

You will work with the Restaurant Operating Partner to lead daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and drive exceptional guest service with a focus on hospitality, speed, and quality made-to-order items. The role emphasizes developing staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and delivering strong KPIs such as sales and guest satisfaction while

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US.
• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality experience.
• A hospitality focus and strong communications skills.
• Ability to build a team and mentor team members for success.
• Willingness to learn new skills, be self-starting and present a professional appearance.
• Ability to work a variety of hours including days, nights and weekends.
• Experience in operations, management, inventory, scheduling and guest relations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Assistant Manager on the Leadership Team in the restaurant.
• Coach and develop team members to ensure store success and KPI achievement.

Working with the Restaurant Operating Partner, you will help manage the restaurant for success delivering made-to-order menu items for guests with a unique mix of fun, food, and hospitality.Key to the success of the restaurant, Assistant Managers have responsibility for daily operations, including leadership, motivating team members, building relationships with guests and achieving objectives via key performance indicators (KPIs) such as driving sales, guest count, profitability, hospitality, safety and cleanliness, food, and labor costs, etc.Assistant Managers help train and develop team members to ensure shifts run smoothly with an emphasis on speed of service, hospitality and safety & cleanliness.
