Food Production

  • Run shifts in the absence of General Managers or Kitchen Managers.

  • Engage with guests to enhance their experience and handle complaints satisfactorily.
  • Ensure management visibility and guest acknowledgment by staff.
Sanitation and Safety
  • Maintain health and safety standards, including ServSafe certification.
  • Ensure cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
  • React calmly and effectively in emergencies, assisting guests and employees.
Administration
  • Complete daily paperwork accurately.
  • Follow cash control and operational standards.
  • Participate in inventory, forecasting, and expense management.
Human Resources
  • Assist with recruiting and maintaining employee records.
  • Manage staff morale and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Training
  • Lead a 6-week training program for new hires and ongoing staff development.
  • Participate in management meetings and performance reviews.
  • Support discipline and termination procedures.
Personal Development
  • Conduct yourself professionally and promote Bandana's positively.
  • Focus on guest impact and uphold high ethical standards.
