Food Production
- Ensure all menu items are correctly made and presented attractively, following recipes and procedures.
- Forecast food production needs and implement food production systems.
- Know all recipes, products, and timing requirements.
- Follow opening and closing procedures, including cooler stripping.
- Receive and store products properly to ensure quality and freshness.
Guest Satisfaction

- Complete daily paperwork accurately.
- Follow cash control and operational standards.
- Participate in inventory, forecasting, and expense management.
Human Resources
- Assist with recruiting and maintaining employee records.
- Manage staff morale and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Training
- Lead a 6-week training program for new hires and ongoing staff development.
- Participate in management meetings and performance reviews.
- Support discipline and termination procedures.
Personal Development
