$16.00/hr - $17.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients
• Provide companionship with a warm, welcoming, encouraging tone
• Assist with ADLs (bathing, toileting, dressing), meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes
• Ensure safety and supervision of clients
• For drivers: be willing to drive and accompany clients to appointments and errands

Candidate Requirements

• Active New Jersey HHA Certification
• Fully vaccinated (and boosted if eligible) against COVID-19
• Two forms of ID (Driver's License, Social Security card, etc.)
• Step 1 PPD (within 12 months), QuantiFERON (within 12 months), or Chest X-ray
• Pass a criminal background check
• For drivers: valid license, reliable vehicle, proof of registration & insurance
• Reliable, compassionate, flexible, team player
• 1+ year caregiving experience preferred but not required
