Responsibilities

• Non-traditional work hours based on consumer needs (typically 5-10 hours/week)
• Provide on-site job coaching, skills training, and transportation training to consumers in various workplace locations throughout Suffolk County, NY (days, evenings, and weekends)
• Provide work-related social skills training and employer training as needed, and perform job development
• Completion of time-sensitive documentation as required by funding source
• Must have strong organization and time management skills
• Proficiency in writing skills and Microsoft Office

Start Date: Ongoing for the 2025-2026 school year

Salary Range: $24.03 - $25.51 per hour
