Job summary

The Budd Group in Bellevue, TN is seeking a dependable Janitorial General Cleaner to maintain a pristine facility and work independently in a structured environment with a predictable schedule.

The role offers evening hours with a 4:00 PM–8:00 PM shift, ~20 hours per week, and includes a $200 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Applicants must have 1+ year of janitorial experience, pass a background check and drug screening, and be able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of commercial cleaning or janitorial experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly during a 4-hour shift.
• Background check, drug screening, and E-Verify required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spaces: Keep assigned facility areas spotless, professional, and welcoming.
• Sanitation & floor care: Sweep, mop, vacuum carpets, and thoroughly clean and restock restrooms.
• Waste removal: Empty trash bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste properly.
• Team support: Complete additional facility care duties as directed by your supervisor.

What We’re Looking For
