Job summary

The Budd Group is hiring a General Cleaner for our Hampton, VA location. This role focuses on keeping offices and common areas sparkling, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The job requires physical stamina and reliability in completing daily cleaning tasks.

You will work with a team to ensure surfaces, restrooms, and hallways are clean and well maintained, with attention to detail and collaboration to finish shifts on time.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift/move up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand/walk for duration of shift.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Keep offices, lobbies, hallways, lounges, restrooms and common areas clean.
• Replenish supplies, wipe mirrors/sinks/showers, and maintain a sanitary environment.
• Collaborate with team to ensure shifts are completed efficiently.

More about the position:

• Schedule: M-F, 7-4pm
• Location: Hampton, VA
• Pay: $16/hr

Your Day-to-Day:

• Keep it Clean: Clean and maintain offices, lobbies, hallways, lounges, male restrooms, stairways, male dorm rooms, and more.
• Attention to Detail: Replenish paper supplies and soap, wipe down mirrors, sinks, showers, and toilets, and keep everything sparkling.
• Team Player: Step in when needed to help out colleagues, ensuring the work gets done efficiently and on time.
