Job Summary:
Griswold Home Care for Metrowest Boston is seeking compassionate, dedicated and experienced individuals to join our team as CNAs, HHAs, and Companions. This is a part-time, hourly healthcare/medical job. As a compassionate person, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing quality care and companionship. With a compensation of $20 per hour, paid weekly, this is a great opportunity for those looking to make a difference in their community while earning a competitive wage. We are looking for those individuals who can work in t he Metrowest - Boston area including suburbs.

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Perform household tasks, including light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Escort clients to appointments, errands, and social events
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and client progress
- Follow care plans and communicate any modifications to the care team
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
- Meet all documentation and reporting requirements set forth by Griswold Home Care and regulatory agencies

Requirements:
- Active CNA, HHA or Companion certificate or license in the state of Massachusetts
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Must be able to provide 2 professional references and 2 personal references
