Job summary

IOA At Home provides in-home care for older adults and adults with disabilities across Sacramento and surrounding areas. Home Care Aides deliver personal care, meal prep, medication reminders, errands, and companionship in clients’ homes, hospitals, and community facilities.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, transportation, and support for dementia or Parkinson’s care as needed. Bilingual candidates and flexible availability are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for elderly or disabled adults is required or preferred.
• Bilingual language proficiency in Tagalog, Spanish, Chinese or Russian is desirable.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Bathing, dressing, and personal care.

• Errands/shopping, respite/companion engagement.
