The Taco Bell Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. Responsibilities include ensuring Team Members and Shift Managers complete duties, managing inventory, financial accountability, and serving safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You will also ensure a safe environment for employees and customers. A positive attitude and good communication skills are essential. Job Requirements and Essential Functions:

• High School Diploma or GED; College or University Degree preferred
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer skills
• Preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass background check and drug test
• Reliable transportation
• Business math, accounting, and decision-making skills
• Ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift, and carry out trash
• Ability to clean parking lot and grounds
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during 80% of shift
