Job summary

Copart is seeking hotshot transport drivers for the FlexForce team to haul 4/5 car trailers between facilities. Expect up to 25–50% travel, with catastrophe deployments nationwide and a base hourly rate when not driving.

Per diem applies during travel, and training is provided for success in this role. Top performers can reach $100,000/year with a competitive piece-rate system, and the company offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must meet background screening criteria.
• Class A Driver's License is required.
• Ability to travel by plane.
• Military applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Comprehensive piece-rate pay; long hours and travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Travel nationally on short notice for extended periods.
• Deploy to catastrophe events within 24 hours when directed.
• Pickup and delivery of vehicles to designated Copart facility.
• Load/unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
