Compensation: We offer competitive pay based on skills, experience, education, and location. The hourly rate is $11 plus $5-$7 in tips.
Work Schedule: PM shifts Thursday through Sunday.
Benefits: Eligible employees can enroll in accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and telemedicine insurance, as well as the company's 401(k) plan. Benefits eligibility depends on job classification, tenure, and hours worked. Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for benefits.
The Guest Service Associate provides exceptional hospitality services, including parking, vehicle retrieval, luggage assistance, and guest inquiries, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED; valid driver's license for the applicable state.
Work Experience: At least 1 month of related experience or equivalent education and training.
Knowledge and Skills: Customer service principles; reading, writing, and speaking English; basic math; understanding of time systems; operating manual transmissions (preferred).
Authority to Act: Follows established procedures; decisions within operational guidelines; errors may impact department operations.
Budget Responsibility: Controls only personal resources.
Requires talking, hearing, sitting, standing, walking, handling objects, climbing stairs, and vision abilities. Exerting up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly. Mostly outdoors, with exposure to weather conditions. Travel up to 5% may be required.
