Responsibilities

• Prioritize loads of crockery and kitchenware.
• Hand-wash dishes that don't fit in the dishwasher.
• Load and unload the dishwasher.
• Place dishes to dry and sort/put away clean items.
• Assist with prep work and general cleanliness of kitchen areas.
• Take out garbage and recyclables to dumpster area.
• Some bussing of tables may be required.
• Clean work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors.
• Assemble, maintain, and break down the dish machine.
