Job summary

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dish washing station and keep it clean and organized.
• Operate washing machine and dry items before returning to stock.
• Wash items by hand when they won’t fit in the machine or are not for automatic wash.
• Help fellow employees to ensure the restaurant meets guest volume and completes side duties.
• Follow safety and sanitation practices and use clean, sanitized tools.
