JL Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a dependable shuttle driver to provide safe, timely transportation for hotel guests, assisting arrivals and departures and helping with luggage.

The role requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and excellent guest service and communication. You will work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support our 24/7 hospitality operations.

Qualificações

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous driving or guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate a passenger vehicle or shuttle in varying traffic conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage as needed, within safe guidelines.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport guests to and from designated destinations, including the airport, local attractions, and nearby business locations.
• Provide a friendly, professional experience for guests at all times.
• Assist guests with boarding, luggage, and basic mobility needs as appropriate.
• Maintain familiarity with local routes, traffic patterns, and hotel transportation schedules.
• Inspect the vehicle before and after shifts to ensure it is clean, fueled, and in safe operating condition.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Communicate clearly with hotel staff regarding shuttle requests, delays, and guest needs.
• Accurately complete required logs, reports, and other transportation-related documentation.

Hospitality Expectations
