Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a Hotel Services Attendant to warmly welcome guests from arrival to departure and help with luggage, parking, and hotel information. You will interact with guests in a courteous, professional manner and support safety procedures throughout shifts.

This safety-sensitive role requires the ability to stand, walk, lift, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are essential.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred/required.
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license.
  • Valid vehicle insurance.
  • Excellent driving record.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional, friendly, and positive demeanor.
  • Ability to stand, walk, run, and lift for extended periods.
  • Ability to work outdoors and in all weather conditions.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

NOTE: This job is a safety-sensitive position subject to drug testing requirements. A positive drug test will result in a job offer being rescinded or, for active employees, termination, even if they test positive for marijuana and have a valid medical marijuana license.
