Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Security Officer for the Sheraton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort in Orlando, FL. The role ensures the safety of guests, associates, and vendors through patrols, quick response to incidents, and adherence to hotel policies.

You will maintain awareness of life safety systems, assist with door access, and communicate clearly with team members and guests while representing the brand with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, climb stairs for duration of shift.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 150 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Strong observation and report writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel interior and perimeter on foot to identify risks.
