Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol First Aid Response in Orlando, FL to safeguard clients in hotels and resorts. You will conduct patrols, deter incidents, and provide attentive service to guests and staff, reflecting Allied Universal's values.

Responsibilities include calm response to concerns, documenting patrols/incidents, monitoring access points, and coordinating with hotel management and emergency responders. Requires 1 year security experience and a HS diploma.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A background check will be conducted as per law.
• A drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to hotel guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to guest concerns and incidents in a calm, professional manner and coordinate with hotel management and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of guest areas, entrances, parking areas, public spaces, and the property perimeter to identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, following visitor and incident-reporting procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents and communicate information to site leadership.
