Job summary

HHM Hospitality is seeking a Security Officer to protect guests and property at our Houston hotel. You will patrol designated areas, respond to disturbances, and maintain detailed incident reports to inform hotel management.

The role emphasizes guest safety, confidentiality, and alignment with HHM’s EarthView sustainability guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior security experience, and CPR/First Aid training when available.

Qualifications

• HighSchool diploma or equivalent in preferred.
• Prior security experience is desirable.
• CPR/First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated hotel areas.
• Respond to disturbances and emergency situations.
• Maintain a daily activity log.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate information to hotel management.
• Escort guests to rooms or assist with entry according to hotel standards.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and EarthView program.
