Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of interior and exterior hotel areas to detect security breaches and hazards.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies with accurate documentation in a daily log.
• Monitor lobbies, entrances and restricted areas for suspicious activity.
• Provide escorts to guests and staff to vehicles or rooms when needed for safety.
• Coordinate evacuation procedures and communicate with local authorities during emergencies.
• Intervene to de-escalate disturbances between guests or staff professionally.
