Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales calls and appointments, and manage proposals and bookings with clients to convert leads into confirmed business.
• Assist the Director of Sales in developing the annual marketing plan and action plans for assigned market segments.
• Prepare and send proposals, and follow through to confirm space and services with clients.
• Document client room block requirements, meeting spaces, and catering needs for accurate facilities allocation.
• Maintain a sales quota and provide weekly sales call reports and itineraries.
