Job summary

MCR operates Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville Flagler Center in Jacksonville, Florida, seeking a Director of Sales to drive group bookings and revenue growth. This role leads the sales and events function, builds lasting client relationships, and raises market share while delivering a seamless on-site experience for guests.

The Director will oversee strategic planning for ADR and occupancy, coordinate with pricing teams, and represent the hotel in local communities and industry activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred; supervisory experience in hospitality preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn; strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and sell; able to manage multiple tasks independently.
