Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Hospitality experience desired.
• Knowledgeable on all hotel equipment and able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough room inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Verify beds, amenities, bathrooms, and trash are properly handled.
• Document deficiencies and report them to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Ensure adherence to cleaning procedures and safety guidelines; provide guidance when needed.
• Monitor and report shortages of supplies to the housekeeping manager.
• Assist in fulfilling guest housekeeping requests and respond professionally to concerns.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new housekeeping staff to ensure standards are understood.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to improve processes and guest satisfaction.
• Attend property or department meetings and obtain required certificates.
