Buffalo Lodging Associates’ Home2 Suites by Hilton near UCF in Orlando is seeking a Hotel Room Attendant to join the on-site housekeeping team. You will clean rooms and suites, vacuum, change linens, and assist guests with requests as part of the guest experience.

This full-time role requires weekend and holiday shifts; they offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid weekly, a 401(k) plan with generous employer match, vacation and sick time, tuition reimbursement, and hotel discounts.

Description

We are currently looking for Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping Team! Our Home2 Suites by Hilton, a 124 all -suites hotel, is located off University Boulevard, a short walk from dining and five minutes from The University of Central Florida. Addition Financial Arena, FBC Mortgage Stadium, and Blanchard Park are within three miles. Our guests enjoy our in-suite kitchens, outdoor saline pool, and fitness center, featuring a Peloton® Bike with toe cages. Hot complimentary daily breakfast is offered to all our guests. The Home2 Suites-UCF is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.

A Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our guest rooms and suites.

Role:

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service. This includes cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms.
• Reporting discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Working typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.
• Shift hours are as follows: 8-9am to finish - approximately 8 hours - flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
