Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Hotel housekeeping/laundry experience preferred; attention to detail and customer focus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to work in a repetitious and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean guestrooms and ensuring necessary amenities and supplies are in guest rooms.
• Guest Service: respond to requests in a positive and timely manner while delivering high-quality service.
• Safety/Risk Management: maintain a clean, safe work area and follow chemical handling procedures.
• Self-Management: maintain attendance, grooming, and department procedures; use equipment properly.
