TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Room Attendant in Savannah, GA to maintain cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas. You will handle bed making, cleaning, restocking supplies, and basic upkeep while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities include bathroom sanitation, dusting, floor care, and reporting maintenance issues. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or related role is a plus.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to complete rooms and organize carts.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Basic understanding of safety and sanitation practices.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Room Cleaning: Clean and tidy guest rooms per standards.
• Bathroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize bathrooms and fixtures.
• Surface Cleaning: Dust and wipe furniture and surfaces.
• Restocking: Refill toiletries, towels, and linens.
• Trash Removal: Empty bins and replace liners.
• Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Report Maintenance Issues: Identify and report repairs.
• Lost and Found: Note and report found items to supervisor.
• Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests professionally.
• Privacy and Security: Protect guest privacy and follow procedures.
