Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand standards including beds, baths, dusting, vacuuming, and amenities.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and stock supplies.
• Remove trash and recyclables from guest rooms and hallways.
• Provide friendly, professional guest assistance and respond to requests.
• Report concerns to leadership to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Notify maintenance of equipment issues in rooms or public spaces.
• Follow lost and found procedures and protect guest privacy.
• Identify hazards and unsafe conditions and report them.
• Use cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow hotel safety policies and operating standards.
• Support additional housekeeping duties and special projects.
