Midas Hospitality is seeking a dependable Housekeeper / Room Attendant to join our team at our Clayton-area hotel. This role focuses on maintaining clean, organized guest rooms and public spaces to brand standards, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

Responsibilities include room cleaning, deep cleaning tasks, stocking supplies, and timely guest assistance. Prior hotel housekeeping experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on safety and guest privacy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, linens, towels).
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and stock supplies and linens.
• Remove trash and recyclables from rooms and corridors.
• Provide friendly, professional guest assistance and respond to requests promptly.
• Report guest concerns or maintenance issues to leadership.
• Notify maintenance staff of any equipment issues or repairs needed.
• Follow lost and found procedures and protect guest privacy.
